Madison Rodas (she/her/ella)
Madison Rodas is a higher education professional and the Associate Director of the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs at the University of Miami. As a first-generation college graduate from the University of Florida, Madison knows firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with navigating the college experience. She honed her passion for supporting students while pursuing her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration at Florida International University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration.
Over the past several years, Madison has gained extensive experience across university operations, including financial aid, registration, billing, and admissions. This background allows her to guide students and families with insight into how colleges evaluate applications, manage enrollment, and support students throughout the process.
Madison is dedicated to helping high school students and their families navigate the college admissions process with clarity, strategy, and confidence. She believes every student has a story worth telling and works to ensure applications reflect each student’s authentic strengths, goals, and identity.
